Energy Policy

The Current State

“In a world of limited resources, time, and capacity, efficiency is paramount.”

BPC’s Direct Air Capture Advisory Council is focused on highlighting the role that innovative technology can play in our climate solution toolkit. The council is composed of business, political, and environmental leaders. The council firmly believes that the U.S. should lead in the development of new negative emission technologies and become a global leader in this nascent industry.

  • Farm and Forest Carbon Solutions Initiative

Our Farm and Forest Carbon Solutions Initiative engages with a diverse coalition to provide a voice for natural carbon solutions in the policy conversations that are occurring now around economic stimulus and recovery in the near term, and pragmatic climate solutions in the longer term. The initiative incentivizes farming, ranching, and forestry practices that deliver both climate and economic benefits.
