Daniel Elizalde is a policy analyst on the Energy team at the Bipartisan Policy Center. Prior to joining BPC, he worked at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, the office of Congressman Tom McClintock, the California State Legislature, and various space and defense organizations.

Elizalde earned his Master of Public Policy from American University’s School of Public Affairs in 2023, where he focused on international trade, regulatory, and economic policy. He earned his B.A. in economics and music from Rollins College in 2021.
