BPC, Unite America, and Smerconish.com are teaming up to bridge the partisan divide with the inaugural Un-Convention: a day-long series of seminars and discussions with viewpoints from across the political spectrum on October 7 at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. While in-person attendance is sold out, you can register to become a virtual delegate!
Attendees representing viewpoints from across the political spectrum will discuss confronting what divides us, reforming our electoral system, protecting free and fair elections, understanding disengaged and Gen-Z voters, and creating a bipartisan public policy agenda that works for all Americans.
The day’s line-up includes:
- A keynote address by U.S. Navy Retired Admiral James Stavridis on why the deep divisions in American society are a national security threat.

- BPC and SiriusXM’s Steve Scully will moderate a conversation with Tara Setmayer, Senior Advisor, Lincoln Project, and former Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell on better understanding the values, beliefs, and motivations of voters on all sides of the partisan divide.
