How Race and Ethnicity Affect Views of the Child Welfare System

Children and families of color interact with the U.S. child welfare system at higher rates than white families. BPC’s Child Welfare Initiative is highlighting the perspectives of Black and Latino communities after BPC commissioned a national Harris Poll to look at our nation’s thoughts about and experiences with the U.S. child welfare system.

Key thought leaders Kristen Weber, Jennifer Rodriguez, Adrien Lewis and Michael Huesca will discuss the poll findings and the role of government in child protection.
