The spread of COVID-19 and its resulting economic fallout have spotlighted the volatility of state higher education funding. This digital summit will convene a select group of higher education experts to address the challenges that states face in financing their higher education systems. Panelists will outline approaches to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on state higher education budgets, and also look ahead to policy options aimed at providing consistent investment during future economic downturns.
