Join Tevi Troy and Kiron Skinner—distinguished author and presidential historian at Carnegie Mellon University and former Director of Policy Planning at the US Department of State—as they discuss the rivalries and inner workings of the White House in Democratic and Republican administrations over the past eight decades.

Moderated by John Fortier, BPC Director of Governmental Studies.
