Faith-based child care provides a significant share of child care for working families, yet is rarely included in the discussion of federal and state policies that support the nation’s child care system. Whether working under a mission of faith or housed in a religious institution, faith-based child care serves a diverse array of communities, including regions with limited access to child care.
As BPC prepares to release our new report on faith-based child care, we invite you to hear the firsthand perspective of faith-based community leaders and learn about this nuanced facet of child care.
The report and webcast event are generously supported by the Alliance for Early Success and the Heinz Endowments.
