Megan Hasting is a Program Manager with the Professional Development Team at The Ohio State University’s John Glenn College of Public Affairs. Megan works to carry on the mission of John Glenn and the Glenn College to inspire citizenship and support a lifetime of leadership through programs designed for public and nonprofit professionals. Her work focuses on developing continuing education initiatives and training relationships with federal, state, local, and educational clients. She manages the development of workforce training programs, consults with clients on training needs, and ensures the delivery of outstanding quality and practical application training programs.

In this role, Megan also manages the Ohio Registered Elections Officials certification program (OREO). She works with the Ohio Association of Elections Officials to design curriculum that meets the ever-changing workforce needs of elections officials. Megan works with faculty and practitioners in the field to develop training that supports elections work throughout the state of Ohio.

Megan also serves as the Secretariat for the Ohio City/County Management Association. She earned her master’s degrees in Public Affairs and Latin American Studies from The Ohio State University.
