Lisa Harootunian

Lisa Harootunian is a Director for BPC’s Health Program. Prior to joining BPC, she worked as a senior policy analyst for Virginia’s State Medicaid Agency where she researched and analyzed state and federal policy issues impacting the Medicaid program.

Harootunian holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University. She is also a member of the Virginia State Bar.
