Lily Kincannon

Lily Kincannon is a Project Associate for the Democracy Program. Before moving to full-time, Kincannon completed two internship semesters with the Democracy Program’s Structural Democracy and Election projects. Prior to joining BPC, Kincannon received her Bachelor’s in Humanities and the Arts from Carnegie Mellon University with concentrations in Social and Political History and Scenic Design, and a minor in gender studies. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Policy from American University.
