Jacqueline (Jackie) Beaudry has over 20 years of municipal government experience and has served as City Clerk for the City of Ann Arbor since 2005. In Ann Arbor, Jackie manages 53 voting precincts for all city, State and national elections. Election Day management in Ann Arbor includes the administration of voting locations, satellite registration offices, early voting centers and same-day voter registration at the University of Michigan.

Jackie is a Master Municipal Clerk, a Michigan Professional Municipal Clerk, and holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University. Ms. Beaudry was the 2019 recipient of the prestigious Michigan City Clerk of the Year award. Under her leadership, the Ann Arbor City Clerk’s Office was recognized as a 2020 recipient of the Election Administration Commission’s Clearinghouse Award for outstanding innovation in elections and a 2021 EAC award recipient for most creative or original “I Voted” sticker. Most recently, the City Clerk’s Office was awarded the Stars and Stripes award by the Election Center. This award recognized the City’s partnership with the University of Michigan for its satellite office design.

Ms. Beaudry is the current President of the Michigan Association of Municipal Clerks. She has served on the BPC Task Force on Elections since it was created in 2019. Jackie has also represented the United States on four international election observation missions in Europe and Asia.
