Jack Malde is a Senior Policy Analyst within the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Economic Policy Program, working on Immigration and Workforce policy. His work on immigration focuses on how legal immigration reform can boost the U.S.’ economy, international competitiveness and national security. He also researches US workforce issues including Unemployment Insurance reform and Career and Technical Education.

Malde’s work has appeared in several publications including Bloomberg Law and USA Today. Malde has spoken on legal immigration reform at various events and conferences, including the 40th Annual NABE Economic Policy Conference.

Before joining BPC, Malde was a Senior Economist at the CBI (Confederation of British Industry), working on labor market and fiscal policy. Malde holds an Economics MSc with distinction from University College London (UCL) and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge with a year of Management Studies at the Cambridge Judge Business School.
