Frannie Einterz is a senior policy analyst for BPC’s Early Childhood Initiative. Previously, she worked as a senior legislative assistant for Congresswoman Katherine Clark where she led the education and health care policy portfolio and managed the Congresswoman’s work on the Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Subcommittee. Einterz began her time on the Hill with a placement in Congresswoman Doris Matsui’s office through a Congressional Fellowship with the Women’s Congressional Policy Institute. She graduated with her M.S. in Community Development from the University of California, Davis where she studied social determinants of health and their impact on women and children. She earned a B.A. in Biology from Indiana University.
