Debra Lee

County Clerk, Laramie County, Wyoming

 Debra Lee has served as county clerk and chief election officer for Laramie County, Wyoming’s largest county, since 2016. Prior to becoming county clerk, Debra served in the election division of the Wyoming Secretary of State, in the office of the state auditor, and at the community college commission. With more than 25 years of election administration experience, Debra has worked to support credible elections in post-conflict countries and emerging democracies across the globe. A member of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission’s Local Leadership Council, she holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northwestern State University (LA) and a master’s in international administration from the School for International Training (VT).
