It details the statutes, regulations, and other exploratory actions taken by Federal agencies. As anticipated, the Department of Health and Human Services has been at the center of most AI regulatory activity related to health care. However, other entities, such as the Federal Trade Commission and the National Institutes of Standards and Technology also play integral roles.
