Victoria Owens is a policy analyst for BPC’s Early Childhood Initiative. Prior to joining BPC, Owens was the Eisenberg Public Interest Fellow for Georgetown’s Center for Public & Nonprofit Leadership, where she researched and analyzed anti-racism initiatives in post-secondary institutions. Her prior work experience also includes conducting research and analysis for political organizations, nonprofits, and academic institutions. Owens graduated with her Masters of Public Policy from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy, where she focused on research and policy analysis, equitable policymaking, and human-centered design. Owens also earned a dual degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a B.A. in Government and Politics, a B.S. in Psychology, and a Neuroscience minor.
