Tricia Ferrone is senior executive assistant to BPC’s president. Her professional experience spans more than 25 years working in government and politics. It includes serving as personal/executive assistant to former Senator John Kerry for 20 years, a period of time that encompassed three of the senator’s reelection campaigns, as well as his 2004 presidential campaign. Previously, Ferrone served as administrative assistant and personal aide to the late Ambassador Morris B. Abram. Her work focused on managing his public appearances as well as managing and balancing his many-faceted life.
In 2008, she founded Capital LifeWorks, a personal consulting practice that assists current and former Capitol Hill staffers to make meaningful changes in their personal and professional lives. Ferrone holds a B.S. in behavioral and social sciences from the University of Maryland University College, and a master’s degree in developmental psychology from Johns Hopkins University.
