Shenice Drakeford is the end user support specialist at BPC. She previously worked at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) where she was responsible for providing technical training for new service desk employees. Drakeford held several other roles within USPTO, including problem management, account management, and request fulfillment. She earned a degree in applied science in computer networking technology and is currently studying toward her B.A. in cybersecurity from Western Governors University.
