Shenice Gross is the System Administrator/End User Support Specialist at BPC. Prior to joining BPC, Gross worked in Problem and Incident Management at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. At USPTO Drakeford was responsible for analyzing incidents and errors related to the organizations’ technical systems. She currently holds a degree in Computer Networking Technology and is currently studying toward her B.A. in IT Business Management from Western Governors University.
