Rebecca Daugherty

Rebecca Daugherty is a policy analyst for BPC’s Early Childhood Initiative. Before joining BPC, Daugherty served as a project coordinator for county government in Western Pennsylvania. Her work focused on supporting equitable access to high-quality early care and education programs through grant-funded projects aimed at state and local level systems-building and resource development. Previously, Daugherty ran multiple child care programs. She earned a master’s degree in education policy and her bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh.
