Kevin Miller is the associate director for higher education in the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Economic Policy Project. Miller’s research focuses on college access, affordability, accountability, and equity.
Prior to his work at the Bipartisan Policy Center, Miller held roles as a Fellow at The Century Foundation, a Senior Researcher at the American Association of University Women, the Assistant Director of Institutional Research at the City University of New York Graduate Center, and a Senior Research Associate at the Institute for Women’s Policy Research. He has also produced research on pay equity, paid leave, and early care and education.
Miller earned bachelor’s degrees in political science and psychology from the University of Illinois and a Ph.D. in social psychology from the Ohio State University.
