Juliette Berger is the Project Assistant for BPC’s Energy program. As a former BPC Economic Policy Program intern, Berger focused on fiscal and labor market policy where she co-wrote blog posts on working mothers during the pandemic and paid family leave programs. Prior to joining BPC, Berger interned with Congressman Steny Hoyer’s office, communicating with constituents from Maryland’s 5th District, and the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, focusing on student loan debt, entitlement programs, and inflation. She has also campaigned with Maryland PIRG Students to promote open educational resources.

Berger received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she double majored in Government & Politics and in Economics.
