Hannah Tyler is the Research Analyst for BPC’s Immigration and Cross-Border Policy Project. Before starting at BPC, she was a research intern with the Migration Policy Institute’s International Team, and an advocacy intern at the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service. At MPI, she focused on issues related to labor migration; at LIRS, she focused on climate migration.
Tyler has a master’s degree in German and European Studies from Georgetown University, where she specialized in migration issues and diplomatic studies. She received her B.A. in History and Theater from Rice University. While completing her undergraduate studies at Rice, she worked for Beto O’Rourke’s Senate campaign in 2018.
