Doyle Beneby joined the MCV team in November 2018. He is an accomplished leader in the industry, with over 30 years of experience in traditional and renewable power generation, and electric and gas utilities. Prior to coming to MCV, he most recently served as CEO of New Generation Power International, a start-up, international energy company headquartered in Chicago, while concurrently serving as a corporate board Director for several publicly traded companies. Doyle also served as CEO and President of CPS Energy, the largest public electric and gas utility in the United States, and President of Exelon Power. Additionally, he has held several senior leadership positions at various utilities including PECO, Consumers Energy Company and Florida Power & Light. Doyle also serves as an independent Director for Capital Power Corporation, Korn Ferry and Quanta Services, as well as formerly a Director of Argonne National Laboratory, the University of Texas Energy Institute, and a Trustee on the Board of the University of Miami. Doyle formerly served as a board member for various foundations, charitable organizations, chambers of commerce, and research institutes.

Doyle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Montana Technical College and a Master of Business Administration from University of Miami.
