Caroline Osborn

Caroline Osborn is a Research Analyst with BPC’s Economic Policy Program, having previously served with the organization’s Early Childhood Initiative. Before joining BPC, she was an intern at The Century Foundation, where she assisted with research surrounding K-12 education policy for English learners. Osborn also worked with the Highland Support Project and the UVA-SWO Partnership for Rangeland Ecology Research and Education to research and design intercultural education programming.

Osborn graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Economics and Anthropology and a minor in Latin American Studies. She graduated with the highest distinction for the completion of her senior thesis on bilingual education in Guatemala.
