EPA Finalizes 2013 Volumes for Renewable Fuel Standard

On August 6, the Environmental Protection Agency issued a final rulemaking establishing the 2013 volume requirements for cellulosic biofuel, biomass-based diesel, advanced biofuel, and total renewable fuel under the Renewable Fuel Standard. The Bipartisan Policy Center compiled an infographic explaining some of the major components of the rulemaking.
