Launching the Bipartisan Policy Center’s (BPC) “On Leadership” Speaker Series was Exelon Chairman and CEO John W. Rowe, the nation’s longest-serving chief executive in the rapidly changing utility industry. Rowe, who plans to retire in early 2012, looked back on his nearly three decades as a key voice on energy and environmental policy and shared his insights on leading a Fortune 200 company through a time of economic and regulatory uncertainty.
