Join us April 25th at the Bipartisan Policy Center’s release of the second in a series of reports designed to improve care for high-need, high-cost Medicare beneficiaries. Building on a recent report on improving care for individuals dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid, BPC outlines the barriers to the integration of clinical health and social services and issues recommendations to eliminate those barriers for the Medicare-only population. Presentation of the report’s findings, followed by a panel discussion will begin at 10:00 am.

*Note: The time of this event recently changed from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
