FERC Commissioner Neil Chatterjee sits down with BPC President Jason Grumet to discuss the proposed Grid Resiliency Pricing Rule. This proposal, drafted by the Department of Energy, calls for an expedited rulemaking to support generators that provide specific reliability and resiliency services. FERC was expected to take action on the rulemaking this week. However, following a request for an extension, the deadline is now January 10.
