Common Sense Action (CSA) and the Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) hosted the public launch of our joint partnership, AGE—the Agenda for Generational Equity. AGE aims to bring together Republican, Democratic, and Independent Millennials from college campuses across the United States to address the most pressing issues facing their generation—fiscal responsibility, economic mobility, greater Millennial investments, and national service.
This summer, CSA has brought together hundreds of young people working in Washington to discuss policy and the political process. More than twenty-five of these leaders have joined the AGE Steering Committee and drafted the framework for the Agenda for Generational Equity. This diverse group shares a passion for securing the American promise for the Millennial Generation. BPC President Jason Grumet, AGE Senior Advisor Senator Pete Domenici and a group of Millennial leaders announced AGE’s policy framework focused on inspiring youth from across the country to work together to formulate solutions for the pressing problems facing their generation.
