Today’s business leaders are increasingly structuring social and environmental strategies into their business models to achieve success for shareholders, stakeholders, and broader society.

In recognition of this trend, Bill Novelli wrote Good Business: The Talk, Fight, Win Way to Change the World, in which he advocates for what he views as necessary tools to have a positive impact on the world, from imbedding social impact into a company’s mission to applying one’s own passion and values to the job. From his perspective as a former marketer and current professor of principled leadership for business and society at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, Novelli maintains that while doing good used to be secondary to making money, it now is increasingly what makes workers and organizations successful from the outset.

Join us for a discussion of Novelli’s book and the perspective he raises on crafting social and health policy and impact as he seeks to leave workers with the tools to push for societal change wherever they are.
