Efficient export control systems are critical to American competitiveness in global markets, such as nuclear energy. BPC hosted a discussion with members of the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. nuclear energy industry, academia, and the Nuclear Innovation Alliance on the vital role that the 10 CFR Part 810 regulations play in nuclear energy commerce and nonproliferation efforts. The conversation focused on recommendations from a recent Nuclear Innovation Alliance report on how the regulations and their implementation can be improved.
