Join the Bipartisan Policy Center as Vice Chairman Travis Hill delivers his first significant policy address since joining the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Board of Directors in January.
Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank are the second and third largest bank failures in United States history. Federal regulators have promised to review what went wrong and propose policy changes in response.
Vice Chairman Hill will discuss the FDIC’s role and response to these failures and recent instability in the financial markets. Following his remarks, Vice Chairman Hill will take questions in a moderated discussion.
