BPC released a menu of 40 policy options for reforming – not repealing – the Renewable Fuel Standard.
“We found a lot of people were laying out lists of problems, and wanted to start discussing possible solutions,” BPC Senior Policy Analyst Scott McKee said hours before the report was released.

The EPA issued a rulemaking establishing the requirements for cellulosic biofuel, biomass-based diesel, advanced biofuel, and total renewable fuel under the Renewable Fuel Standard.
