Dr. Addison Killean Stark is Associate Director for Energy Innovation at BPC, where he coordinates the American Energy Innovation Council (AEIC). Prior to joining BPC, Stark served as a Fellow at the US Department of Energy, Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E).

Susan Tierney co-chairs BPC’s Electric Grid Cybersecurity Initiative. A former assistant secretary for policy at the Department of Energy, she is an expert on energy policy and economics, specializing in the electric and gas industries.

Roger Wallace is a BPC fellow. He is currently the senior advisor of government relations for Pioneer Natural Resources. Prior to joining Pioneer, Wallace served as president and CEO of Investamex, an investment and consulting firm that he co-founded in 1993.

Erin Smith is a senior policy analyst for BPC’s Energy Project. Prior to joining BPC, she worked as a research assistant at University of California Berkeley, where her work focused on greenhouse gas accounting methods in biofuel policies.
