The BPC’s principal goal is to develop and promote evidence based, politically viable solutions to some of America’s most pressing policy problems. The BPC founders share the view that party loyalty need not undermine productive discussion and civil debate.
The BPC is not a “think tank,” in a traditional sense, but rather seeks to combine the highest-quality scholarship with aggressive and strategic advocacy.
In an effort to connect with key stake holders who share this commitment, the BPC established the Leaders’ Council.
Through the Leaders’ Council, corporations, philanthropic organizations and interested individuals engage with the founders, policy project members and staff of the BPC.
The Leaders’ Council provides a network of expertise and strategic resources to help guide BPC activities and reinforce the BPC’s broad mission, in addition to providing a basis of financial support for the organization.
