Lourdes Long
Lourdes joined the National Commission on Energy Policy in February 2009. Originally from Northern California, she graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Anthropology. While at Notre Dame, Lourdes developed a strong interest in energy issues. She worked to establish an Office of Sustainability and co-founded a student organization that received the Energy Patriot Award from Senator Richard Lugar in 2008.
