Brian Collins is a senior policy analyst at the Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC). He joined BPC’s Economic Policy Project in 2012 and has contributed to several economic and health policy projects, including work on healthcare payment and delivery system reform, financing of long-term care, retirement security, and analysis of federal budget policy and the statutory debt limit. Collins grew up in Oregon and earned a Masters of Public Policy and B.S. in business administration, with concentrations in accounting and finance, from Oregon State University.
