Transitioning to a Performance-Based Federal Surface Transportation Policy

June 23, 2010

How can we most effectively move forward with federal surface transportation policy reform? NTPP convened a workshop of key transportation industry stakeholders to determine just that, and more specifically, to outline the immediate next steps that can be taken to move toward such reform.

At the conclusion of NTPP’s three-day workshop on Transitioning to a Performance-Based Federal Surface Transportation Policy, a number of participants sat down with NTPP staff to give their perspective on the workshop, as well as to highlight the ways in which they see transportation policy reform moving forward.
