BPC Senior Fellow Dan Glickman talked about the federal government's annual offer of financial assistance to foreign countries, largely thorough humanitarian programs. Topics included how these types of programs might fare under agreements to cut spending as part of recently passed legislation which allowed for the raising of the debt ceiling. Mr. Glickman responded to telephone calls and electronic communications as well.
