The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA) hosted its 2008 Transportation Finance Summit in Washington, DC.
Jane Garvey, Head of US Public-Private Partnerships in Transportation at J.P. Morgan and former FAA Administrator, spoke at the CFO Roundtable about the "View from Washington: Emerging Threats, Challenges and Opportunities." Ms. Garvey is also a member of the Bipartisan Policy Center's Board of Directors.

French Ambassador Pierre Vimont hosted a private lunch at the French Residence with experts from the Bipartisan Policy Center. BPC staff briefed a number of French company CEOs on energy and climate change.
