The Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) hosted an event to launch a new Long-Term Care Initiative, co-chaired by former Senate Majority Leaders Tom Daschle and Bill Frist, former Governor and HHS Secretary Tommy Thompson, and former CBO Director Alice Rivlin. The initiative will raise awareness among policymakers about the need to develop a sustainable means of financing and delivering long-term services and supports, and will issue policy recommendations in late 2014.
