I believe more information on the tax code changes is needed. The proposal really says almost nothing. What about child care tax credits that give tax "returns" of money never paid, even to illegal aliens. Call it welfare but do not call it a "TAX RETURN" You cannot have someting you never paid returned to you! Also what ballpark income (and does it include SS income?) is the level for the transition from 10% to 25%?? The lie that one should have a 401k 0r IRA to save income for when it would be taxed less is aparent once you retire. The tax is lower, but double the lower number due to additional SS income taxed on a sliding scale. I would have paid less if I did not put money into a 401 or IRA!!!!
