Yesterday, BPC’s Housing Commission unveiled a new online dashboard, Housing by the Numbers, which tracks key market indicators, offering a window into the health of the housing sector. View the dashboard here.
The dashboard will be updated regularly and includes indicators that are crucial barometers in measuring price and affordability trends, housing stock, industry sentiment and broader economic activity.
From the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s House Price Index to the National Association of Realtors’ existing home sales data to CoreLogic’s National Foreclosure Report, BPC’s dashboard is a helpful resource for consumers, homebuilders, and investors.
Users have the ability to share individual metrics with their followers on Facebook and Twitter, and can also embed the tool on their own website or blog.
