Scott McKee

Scott McKee joined the Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) in August 2012 as a senior policy analyst with the Energy Project. Prior to joining BPC, McKee worked at the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) as the Product Team Lead for two daily publications: the Daily Energy Report (delivered to the White House and Secretary of Energy) and Today in Energy (published on EIA's homepage). Before that, McKee served as an analyst on the President’s National Commission on the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and Offshore Drilling, staffing the Subcommittee on Regulatory Oversight and the Subcommittee on Offshore Drilling.

McKee graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and M.S. in Chemical Engineering. He interned with the Shell Oil Company, NASA, International Paper, Air Products & Chemicals, and the U.S. Department of Energy.
