David Rosner is an associate director for energy security at the Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC). He joined the staff of the National Commission on Energy Policy, the precursor to BPC’s Energy Project, in November 2006. At BPC, Rosner is engaged in work on natural gas markets, the economic analysis of energy legislation, energy sector work force issues, and measuring regional climate change impacts. He serves as the staff director for the Task Force on Ensuring Stable Natural Gas Markets, a national producer—consumer task force. Previously, he spent three years as an economic analyst at Georgetown Economic Services, LLC, specializing in environmental and Federal Trade Commission litigation matters. Rosner holds master’s degrees in economics and public policy from American University and a B.A. in economics from Tufts University.
